  1. Pita Pizza

Spread some tomato paste or ketchup on pita bread, add some leftover chicken or mince or sausage, Add vegetables you prefer since choices are endless, garnish it with cheese and finish in the oven.

  1. Noodles

Soak some noodles in hot water in three minutes, drain and keep aside. Julienne vegetables such as carrots, bell pepper and cabbage using food factory, toss in oil with soy sauce and vinegar. Add strips of chicken, salt to taste, red chili flakes to spice it up and garnish it with coriander leaves.

This one is the simplest of all. Cut fruits into pieces, add lemon juice and caster sugar. Finish it with a pinch of black pepper. You can also use fruit cocktail to boost the flavor.

  1. Sandwiches

Mix a can of tuna with mayonnaise, black pepper and red chilies. To boost taste, add onions, and celery with cheese slices. You can also grill the sandwiches if time permits.
