LAHORE: Singer Humera Arshad said that her former husband Ahmed Butt was sending her death threats after their legal divorce.
Humera Arshad said that she and Ahmed Butt had decided to part their ways and since then she has been living with her mother.
She further said that legal formalities and religious requirements in this regard would soon be fulfilled.
Humera had filed a divorce plea in court sometime ago after she got fed-up of Butt’s regular demands for money. He wanted her money to be transferred on his name.
In May, Humera accused her husband of domestic violence and attempts to kidnap her son. She said that Butt has taken Rs. 2 million for bailing her son but didn’t keep his promise and now sending him death threats.
