SUNDAY TIMES KARACHI:The high court conducted hearing of an appeal filed against capital punishment pronounced to the convict, Ismail, in 2013’s double murder case.
Prosecution apprised SHC that Ismail had murdered three persons and wounded two others by opening fire outside his residence.
The case was registered in Sharafi Goth on February 20 – 2013 against Ismail.
The SHC judge observed that testimonies have not existed on records pertaining to third murder and two wounded persons.
