SUNDAY TIMES WEB DESK: Pakistan’s Test cricket sensation Mohammad Abbas has achieved yet another milestone as the ICC awarded him the cap for making it to the ICC’s Test team of 2018.
Abbas, who took 38 wickets for Pakistan in Tests, came out as the best bowler for his country in the longer format of the game.
The Managing Director of the Pakistan Cricket Board Wasim Khan presented the ICC’s cap to the right-arm exceptional fast bowler.
On the occasion, Wasim called Abbas extremely talented bowler Pakistan have got after so long and wished him best of luck for the future. “I see bright future of Abbas ahead and I hope that he will keep on achieving feats for the country,” he said.
It is pertinent to mention here that Abbas has played 14 Test for Pakistan so far and took 66 wickets at an average of 18.86. He has a wicket in three ODIs he played for Pakistan.
