SUNDAY TIMES ISLAMABAD: The foreign minister will represent Pakistan in the conference which will be attended by defence, foreign ministers and security experts from across the globe.
The minister is scheduled to meet his counterparts from Russia, Germany, Uzbekistan, Canada and other countries during the conference.
The FM will present Pakistan’s stance for enduring long lasting peace and stability in Afghanistan during the conference. He is also expected to meet Afghan President Ashraf Ghani and 19 members of the United States’ congress.
Expressing his views, while talking to media, before flying to Munich, Qureshi said he will present Pakistan’s point of view on different issues of regional peace and security in the conference.
He maintained that Pakistan-US relations have reached an important point and it is his effort to reset the relations with the United States.
