Islamabad, July 28: Minister for Religious Affairs Sardar Muhammad Yousaf has said over one hundred and forty five thousand pilgrims would perform Hajj this year.
Talking to media in Islamabad on Thursday, he said that the official Hajj quota will be increased for next year.
Sardar Muhammad Yousaf said that over 2.3 million Riyals have been saved under the head of accommodation for Hajj pilgrims this year.
To a question, he said that best possible facilities are being provided to all Hujjaj. He said these facilities include air coolers in Arafat, state of art transport and biometric immigration facility with the help of NADRA.
He said that fifty-two percent flights would land in Madina and forty-eight in Jeddah this year.
