Cooking in Olive Oil is not always a good idea! Although it is rich with essential nutrients that helps you control your cholesterol levels but when it is heated, it gives out fumes that are dangerous for your lungs. Deep frying with olive oil multiple times is hazardous for your health. In contrast to organic olive oil, virgin olive oil works best- it is less harmful. Of course, it is a good idea to use Olive Oil over Vegetable oil but if you have a choice between Organic Olive Oil and Virgin Olive Oil, go for Virgin Olive Oil.
