“Pakistan has always acted responsibly,” Gen Bajwa said.

“We are ready to respond to any situation,” Bajwa said. “Work has been completed on border posts set up for border management,” he added.
He also announced that the ongoing major operations of ‘Operation Zarb-i-Azb’ were successfully completed.
Unchecked crossborder movement between Pakistan and Afghanistan would be halted with new border posts, said Bajwa and added confidently that there were no more entry points from the war-hit region into Pakistan.
“Combing operations and intelligence-based operations (IBOs) near bordering areas greatly helped the army while it implemented its border management strategy,” he said.

“Army has cleared the mountainous regions of Rajgal and we have also deployed our troops in the once troubled region,” said Bajwa.
