ISLAMABAD: A sessions court sentenced the denounced in previous Miss Singapore murder case to death in Islamabad on Tuesday.

Previous Miss Singapore Fehmina Chaudhry was killed in 2013 when she came back to Pakistan and reached a land dealer to buy property in the government capital.

Extra Sessions Judge Islamabad Abida Sajjad sentenced the blamed Muaz Waqar to death and life detainment to an assistant in the homicide.

Chaudhry, who hailed from Karachi, was living in Singapore rehearsing her demonstrating profession. She was delegated the primary Miss Asia International in 2012. She purportedly disappeared on October 10, 2013, and following four days her body was recuperated from the edges of Islamabad on October 14 that year.

She used to every now and again visit Pakistan to meet her mom.

“Police captured the land representative and after cross examination, he told officers that he had killed the model and dumped her body in a stream at the edges of the city,” Islamabad police representative Mohammad Naeem was cited as saying by AFP news office.

As indicated by police, Waqar requested a payoff of Rs20 million and was in contact with Chaudhry’s mom. Police had enlisted the First Information Report (FIR) against the culprits for the killed model’s mom.

Chaudhry was being advanced in Pakistan by Asif Hashmi who told the police that she was hitched with two kids. “Fehmina was a devoted altruist and she was wanting to set up a style school in Pakistan,” he said.
