KARACHI: “Altaf Hussain will be responsible if i’m killed”, Amir Liaquat said after getting threatening calls.
After August 22 incident the famous TV face, Amir Liaquat, claims that he has been receiving death threats from unknown numbers.
“I am being told I am a bigger traitor than even Mustafa Kamal, and that I will be killed in a more painful manner than Kamal,” Amir said.
“I just want to clarify that if I am killed, don’t let them label me as a worker of the MQM. If I am killed, bury me wrapped in the Pakistan flag, because I am not affiliated with them”, he added.
Amir Liaquat, MQM’s former leader, gave this statement days after the controversial Anti-Pakistan speech by he founder of Muttahida Qaumi Movement(MQM) Altaf Hussain which brought chaos in the biggest city of Pakistan.
