SUNDAY TIMES LAHORE:Justice Muhammad Farrukh Irfan heard the petition of the Pakistan Muslim League  Nawaz  leader who prayed to the court to order removal of his name from the no-fly list.

He directed the additional attorney general who appeared in the case on behalf of the government respondents to submit their response until next hearing.

A National Accountability Bureau  lawyer informed the court that the bureau had filed a reference against Hamza in the Ramzan Sugar Mills case.

The petitioner’s lawyer, however, stated that his client was cooperating with the corruption watchdog in connection with its probe into corruption cases against him and pleaded with the court to strike down travel restrictions against the opposition leader.
